2. Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be made through Calendly.

• Payment is required at the time of booking and processed securely via Stripe.

3. Messaging Services

• Message Types: Users will receive promotional and informational messages.

• Message Frequency: Messages will be sent weekly.

• Data Rates: ‘Message and data rates may apply.’

• Unsubscribe: To stop receiving messages, text ‘STOP’ to unsubscribe.

• Help Instructions: For assistance, text ‘HELP’.

4. Fulfillment Policy

• Our services are fulfilled according to the schedule agreed upon at booking.

• If any changes occur, we will notify you promptly and work to accommodate adjustments.

5. Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

• Returns: Since we provide services, there are no physical products to return.

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

• Refunds: Refunds are issued only for cancellations made within the specified timeframe. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability
